These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Willy Works website and the purchase of products and services offered through it. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

All customers must be 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, if higher).

By purchasing from Willy Works, you confirm that:

You meet this age requirement, and
It is legal for you to purchase and possess adult products in your location.

Willy Works currently accepts orders from customers located in the United States only. We do not knowingly accept or fulfill orders outside the United States.

2. Products & Services

Willy Works offers:

Premade adult silicone products
Custom and made-to-order silicone products
Life-casting kits and related life-casting services (United States only)

Certain products and services are custom-manufactured and produced specifically for individual customers.

3. Creator Partnerships & Collaborations

Willy Works may offer certain products in collaboration with third-party creators.

In such cases:

Willy Works is responsible for the manufacturing, quality, and fulfillment of products
Creators may promote or refer products to their audience and may receive commission from resulting sales depending on the applicable partnership agreement.
Willy Works does not control, endorse, or guarantee any claims, representations, or content made by third-party creators unless expressly confirmed by Willy Works in writing. Statements made independently by third-party creators do not modify the product description, warranty, refund policy, or these Terms.

Products offered through creator collaborations are subject to the same production standards, policies, and terms outlined on this website.

Willy Works is not responsible for any promises, offers, or representations made by creators to their audience.

Creator commissions, affiliate earnings, or revenue-sharing arrangements do not affect customer pricing, order eligibility, refund decisions, or liability. All transactions on this website are solely between the customer and Willy Works, and all policies outlined on this website apply equally to creator partnership orders.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

Orders are accepted only once:

payment has been successfully processed, and
Willy Works has confirmed the order or approved submitted materials where applicable.

Willy Works reserves the right to decline or cancel an order before dispatch or production begins, including in cases involving inappropriate submissions, suspected misuse, inability to fulfill the order, or violation of these Terms. If Willy Works cancels a paid order, any amount paid for the cancelled and unfulfilled portion of the order will be refunded.

Willy Works operates on a per-order and per-release basis.

Willy Works does not guarantee the ongoing availability, production, or continuation of any specific product or collaboration.

5. Life Casting Kits & In-Kit Documentation

Life Casting Kits include mandatory Safety, Usage, and Disclaimer documentation supplied with the kit.

By purchasing and using a Life Casting Kit, you agree that:

all instructions and safety guidance included with the kit form part of these Terms, and
failure to follow those instructions may result in failed casts, unusable results, safety risks, or damage for which Willy Works is not responsible.

Life casting requires careful preparation, proper handling, and adherence to all provided guidance.

Successful casting depends entirely on correct user execution. Willy Works does not guarantee successful results from the kit and is not responsible for user error.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Appropriate personal protective equipment is not included with the Life Casting Kit and must be supplied by the customer. Customers must follow the PPE guidance supplied with the kit, including wearing eye protection and gloves when handling kit materials and using a suitable dust mask or respirator when handling dry powders.

Protective equipment reduces risk but cannot prevent every irritation, allergic reaction, or injury. Customers must review all supplied material information and should not use the kit if they have known allergies or sensitivities.

6. Two-Part Purchase Structure

Life Casting Kit

The Life Casting Kit purchase covers only the materials required to create an initial physical cast.

The purchase of a Life Casting Kit is final once dispatched. Willy Works is not responsible for unused kits or incomplete submissions where the customer chooses not to proceed with the process.

Acknowledgement Field

Where a product page, checkout page, or order form includes an acknowledgement field relating to the two-part purchase structure, the customer’s completion of that field and submission of the order confirms their understanding and acceptance that the Life Casting Kit purchase covers Stage 1 only.

The finished silicone product is not included in the Life Casting Kit price and requires a separate Stage 2 payment after the submitted cast has been reviewed and approved by Willy Works.

A typo, abbreviation, variation, incomplete response, or non-standard wording entered into the acknowledgement field does not override these Terms, cancel the two-part purchase structure, or create any entitlement to receive the finished silicone product without the required Stage 2 payment.

By completing checkout, the customer agrees to these Terms regardless of the exact wording entered into any acknowledgement field.

Final Silicone Product

After completing the cast, customers upload cast photos and submit their customization selections.

Payment for the final silicone product becomes due after the cast has been reviewed and approved.

No production work begins until the submitted cast is reviewed, approved and payment is complete.

If Stage 2 payment is not completed within 30 days after Willy Works confirms that the cast has been received and approved, the project will be treated as abandoned and the associated physical and digital materials will be destroyed.

If a customer does not respond to communications or complete required stages within 30 days of Willy Works’ last documented attempt to contact the customer, Willy Works reserves the right to consider the order abandoned and all work-in-progress physical and digital materials will be permanently destroyed.

7. Cast Review, Approval & Conditional Payment

Final products are artistic interpretations of the submitted cast. While we aim to preserve key details and proportions, exact replication cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of casting, digital refinement, and silicone production processes.

Casts sent without completing the required approval process may be rejected or discarded without processing.
All submitted casts are reviewed for technical feasibility, safety, and production requirements.
Approval confirms only that the cast appears technically suitable for production. Production will not begin until the cast has been approved and the Stage 2 final payment has been completed.
If a cast is approved and Stage 2 payment is completed, production will proceed.
If a submitted cast is deemed unsuitable for production, the customer will be required to make a new cast.
The customer is responsible for purchasing replacement materials to repeat attempts.
If the cast was not approved and the customer still sends it using the provided prepaid mailer, the cast may be rejected and discarded without processing and the customer would be responsible for the costs of making a new cast and shipping it to Willy Works.
Rejected casts do not obligate Willy Works to proceed with production, remake the cast, or provide replacement materials.

If a submitted cast is deemed unsuitable for production, Willy Works may, at its discretion:

Offer guidance to improve results.
Decline the project, including but not limited to cases where submitted materials do not meet minimum quality, safety, hygiene, or production standards.

8. Ownership of Casts, Data & Production Assets

By sending a physical cast to Willy Works, the customer authorizes Willy Works to possess, inspect, scan, modify, reproduce for manufacturing purposes, create tooling from, store, and ultimately destroy the cast and associated production materials. Physical casts will not be returned or released to customers.

Molds, tooling, refined production models, manufacturing files, and other production assets created by Willy Works remain the exclusive property of Willy Works and will not be released in physical or digital form.

Customers receive only the finished silicone product.

Physical customer-submitted casts are destroyed after Willy Works confirms that they have been successfully 3D scanned and are no longer required for production. Related scan data for single-order customers are retained for up to 30 days after dispatch of the completed product to permit eligible repeat-copy orders, after which they may be permanently deleted.

For creator, wholesale, and recurring-client projects, relevant scans, molds, tooling, and production assets may be retained for up to six months after the most recent applicable order.

This ownership structure protects Willy Works’ manufacturing processes and intellectual property.

Willy Works does not publish, sell, or use customer casts, verification images, scans, or related materials for advertising or marketing without the customer’s express written permission. Materials may be accessed or disclosed only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, operate and secure the business, comply with law, address insurance or legal matters, or as otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.

This policy applies to all products, including those purchased through creator collaborations.

For creator partnership projects, Willy Works may provide limited preview images or screenshots of in-progress designs strictly for review and approval purposes. These previews do not include access to underlying files, production assets, or customer-identifying information and do not grant any ownership or usage rights.

9. Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Products from the Premade Range and custom Stage 2 orders may be cancelled for a refund before production begins. Once production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged except where required by law or where a verified manufacturing defect exists.

A manufacturing defect means a material fault in the product’s construction, curing, integrity, or finish that was present when the product was delivered and prevents it from substantially conforming to the applicable product description. Normal handmade variation, customer-selected specifications, minor cosmetic differences, damage caused after delivery, improper storage, misuse, or normal wear are not manufacturing defects.

All products are manufactured on a made-to-order basis unless explicitly stated otherwise.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping terms, eligible regions, and delivery expectations are outlined in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only unless expressly stated otherwise. If Willy Works becomes unable to ship an order within the stated or expected timeframe, Willy Works will contact the customer with an updated estimate and, where required by applicable law, offer the option to accept the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.

For products shipped by Willy Works to the customer, risk of loss transfers upon confirmed delivery to the shipping address supplied at checkout. If tracking confirms delivery but the customer cannot locate the parcel, the customer should contact the carrier and Willy Works promptly so the matter can be investigated.

Willy Works is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Claims for items received damaged must be reported within 14 days after delivery. Claims for parcels believed to be lost must be reported promptly after the estimated delivery date or after tracking indicates an unresolved delivery issue.

Customers are responsible for securely packaging casts sent to Willy Works and following the provided return process. If an approved cast is lost or damaged while being returned to Willy Works, replacement eligibility will be reviewed under the conditions below and the applicable Shipping and Returns Policies. Where the stated return requirements are satisfied and the loss or damage is verified, Willy Works will provide the remedy described in the Shipping Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

To be considered for a replacement, all of the following conditions must be satisfied:

Verification photos were submitted and approved prior to return.
The cast was shipped using the provided prepaid mailer box.
Valid tracking confirms the cast was shipped in accordance with our return process.
The cast is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged.

Where applicable, supporting evidence such as tracking information or photographic proof may be required.

Orders may be fulfilled directly by Willy Works or as part of a creator partnership, depending on how the product is offered.

11. Returns & Refunds

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of these products, all sales are final except under the specific conditions outlined below.

Life Casting Kits:

Life Casting Kits are non-refundable once dispatched because they contain specialized single-use materials. This does not affect remedies available for items that arrive missing, damaged, defective, or materially different from the order.

Final Silicone Products (Completed Stage 2) and Premade Silicone Products

Where Willy Works verifies a manufacturing defect, Willy Works will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Customers should inspect products before use. Products showing tearing, cracking, separation, tackiness, unusual deterioration, exposed internal components, or other damage should not be used. Customers must follow all cleaning, storage, compatibility, and care instructions supplied with the product.

Customer dissatisfaction based on personal preference or expectations does not constitute grounds for a refund.

This policy applies to all products, including those purchased through creator collaborations.

12. Proper Use & Responsibility

Willy Works is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements, positioning, or customer-provided materials.

Due to the nature of handmade and custom manufacturing, results may vary and exact replication of submitted casts cannot be guaranteed.

All products are intended for adult use only.

Customers are responsible for:

Safe and appropriate use of products
Following all provided instructions and warnings

Willy Works is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Spills or damage to surrounding surfaces
Improper positioning during the casting process
Failure to follow preparation or safety guidance

13. Limitation of Liability

By purchasing and using the Life Casting Kit, the customer agrees to all included instructions, disclaimers, and usage terms provided with the kit.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willy Works’ total liability for purely economic loss arising from an order shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Willy Works will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from misuse, improper handling, unauthorized modification, or failure to follow provided instructions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Third-Party Products & Trademarks

Certain materials or products supplied as part of Willy Works kits may be manufactured by independent third parties. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Willy Works is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise associated with those manufacturers or brands.

All third-party trademarks, product names, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

15. Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, text, images, product designs, and branding are the property of Willy Works and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
