Creator Collaborations & Data Privacy

Certain products may be offered in collaboration with third-party creators.

Willy Works does not provide customer identities, contact details, verification photographs, physical casts, scans, or individual order information to creators, except where the customer has expressly authorized a specific disclosure.

For creator partnership projects, Willy Works may share limited preview images or screenshots relating to that creator’s own collaboration product strictly for design review and approval. These previews do not include customer-identifying information or access to underlying scans, models, production files, molds, or tooling.

Separate service providers—including website, payment, email, cloud-storage, shipping, and technical-support providers—may process limited personal information on Willy Works’ behalf where reasonably necessary to provide their services.

Customers receive only the finished product. Willy Works’ molds, tooling, refined production models, manufacturing files, and other production assets are not released to customers or creators.

Data Retention

Physical customer casts: Physical casts are destroyed after Willy Works confirms that they have been successfully 3D scanned and are no longer required for production.

Single-order production data: Related scan data and working production files may be retained for up to 30 days after dispatch of the completed product to permit eligible repeat-copy orders. After that period, they may be permanently deleted.

Creator, wholesale, and recurring-client assets: Relevant scans, molds, tooling, and production assets may be retained for up to six months after the most recent applicable order.

Order and business records: Contact, transaction, shipping, customer-support, accounting, and related records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, insurance, legal, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.

Abandoned projects: Physical and digital materials may be destroyed or deleted in accordance with the abandonment provisions in our Terms & Conditions.

Some information may remain temporarily in secure system backups until those backups are overwritten through ordinary retention processes.

Sharing of Information

We may share limited personal information with service providers that support:
