If your cast is not suitable for production, we’ll explain the issue and, where possible, suggest how to improve the result.Some minor issues may be workable, but others may require a new casting attempt. Replacement alginate and casting powder are available to purchase if needed.Stage 2 payment is not due unless your cast has been reviewed and approved.

Will my final product be an exact replica?

Your final silicone product is created from your original cast, but it may not be an exact replica.The cast is 3D scanned and digitally refined, and minor adjustments may be made where necessary for durability, safety, production quality, or finish.The finished product remains based on the shape and character of your submitted cast, but it is considered a refined artistic interpretation rather than a guaranteed exact copy.

What if I lose my erection during the mold?

The alginate is mixed for approximately 1 minute and is designed to set at around the 2 minute 30 second mark. The cast captures your shape as the alginate sets, so a significant change in erection during this short casting window may affect the final result.Submit clear photos of the finished cast anyway, and Willy Works will review whether it appears suitable before you send it back or complete the Stage 2 payment.This approval step helps prevent unnecessary shipping, delays, or production from a cast that may not provide the best result.Please Note - Alginate timing can vary depending on water volume, temperature and mixing speed.

What if I make a mistake during casting?

We provide detailed instructions to help you achieve the best result.If something goes wrong, upload clear photos of the finished cast and we’ll review whether it may still be usable.If another attempt is required, replacement alginate and casting powder are available to purchase. Free replacement materials are not provided for casting attempts affected by user error, incorrect preparation, timing or mixing mistakes, or failure to follow the supplied instructions.

What happens to my cast and data?

Your privacy is taken seriously.Physical casts are destroyed after Willy Works confirms that they have been successfully 3D scanned and are no longer required for production.For single-order customers, related scan data and working production files may be retained for up to 30 days after dispatch of the completed product to allow eligible repeat-copy orders. After that period, they may be permanently deleted.For creator, wholesale, and recurring-client projects, relevant scans, molds, tooling, and production assets may be retained for up to six months after the most recent applicable order.Customer-submitted materials are not publicly displayed, sold, or used for advertising or marketing without explicit written consent. Limited access may be provided to service providers or professional advisers where reasonably necessary to fulfill the order, operate the business, maintain security, or comply with legal obligations.

Can I return my order?

Due to the custom and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges once products have been delivered.Life Casting Kits are non-refundable once dispatched, except where contents arrive missing, damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.
Custom, Stage 2, and Premade products cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun, except where required by law or where a verified manufacturing defect exists.

What do I need to include when returning my cast?

Before sending your cast using the provided prepaid mailer box, you must:Ensure the cast is complete, dry, and undamaged.Wrap it securely using the supplied protective packaging.Leave the Cast ID sticker attached to the inner wall of the mailer box so the cast can be identified.Place the cast inside the box, secure it with provided tape, and attach the prepaid return label.Take the sealed parcel to your nearest USPS Post Office.
Do not send your cast until you have submitted clear verification photos and received approval from Willy Works.We’ll email you once your cast has been received.

What if my return is damaged in transit?

You are responsible for securely packaging your cast and following the provided return instructions.If an approved cast is lost or damaged while being returned to Willy Works, contact us promptly. Replacement eligibility will be reviewed where:Verification photos were submitted and approved before return.The cast was shipped using the provided prepaid USPS mailer box.Valid tracking confirms it was shipped in accordance with our return process.The cast is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged because of transit handling.Where these requirements are met and the loss or damage is verified, Willy Works will provide the applicable remedy, which may include replacement casting materials.
